  1.   COMMAND SETCOLSGROUP

  3.     Purpose: set the color of a subgroup
  4.       Usage: SETCOLSGROUP(<objectID>,<red>,<green>,<blue>,<groupname>)
  5.    Examples: setcolsgroup(1,205,12,16,uplip)
